I don't think you can marry someone long distance. You have to both be together in the same place.

You will have to be present with her to get married. If you want to get a Visa to come to the USA and marry her, you can do that but it will take you no less than 18 months to do so. Go to the yellow pages (http://www.yellowpages.com) and look for an immigration attorney to represent you. It will be rather expensive.
3 :
You can't "merry" someone unless you travel to Oakland or she goes to Yemen.
