How is working in SANAH, YEMEN?
Dear Friends, I solicit your precious advice. I had an opening to work in Sanah, Yemen. It is a EPC Company in the field of Oil and Gas Construction named ` Tanmia for oil contruction ltd. Please tell me how will be working there and how is the social and living atmosphere while working there. What re the visa formalities What is the income or social tax rate applicable?

i suggest you not to live there. It's not ''pretty'' sight, and trust me.. because I am from Yemen! But since you have to, then I guess I'll just tell you the atmosphere there. First off , there aren't a lot of ''fast food'' chains like kfc , mcdonalds, etc. Another thing is that SOME people there might treat you differently since you are a foreigner. The cities like Sanaa and Aden is definitely more ''modern'' than other places so try not to go anywhere else. Sanaa is usually very cold in the winter and cool in the summer. They are also beginning to build new malls and have plenty of restaurants. If you want a nice area in Sanaa, it is called ''shara Hadda'' or Hadda Street.
