Why Sunnis and Shias are in harmoney in Yemen, but segregated in other countries

Why Sunnis and Shias are in harmoney in Yemen, but segregated in other countries?
In Saudi, Lebanon, Bahrain or Iraq etc. etc. Sunnis and Shias are segregated. But in Yemen they live as next-door neighbours and inter-marry. They even mix the jurisprudence.

because teh zaydi shias (in yemen) are muslim, while rafidah shias are not. _____________________ Hey Jack... if Jaffer as Saddiq RA taught the Sunni Imams.. why did all Sunni imams (Hanafi, Maliki,..) tells Muslims to stay away from rafidah? _____________________ LOL @ "God is my judge"....... yet same is not given to Prophet's SAW companions Abu Bekr R Omer R and Osman R i see....u guys are hypocrites. ________________ @N... i know... shiites attribute lies to him in status and words... ___________________ Regarding Imam Abu Hanifah's allegedly having studied under Imam Ja'far as-Sadiq, please be informed as follows: Imam Abu Hanifah was the pupil and intellectual successor of his mentor, Hammad ibn Abi Sulayman, who was the successor to Ibrahim an-Nakha'i, who was the successor to his uncle 'Alqamah ibn Qays an-Nakha'i, who was the successor to Sayyiduna 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (radhiallaahu anhu), who was sent as a teacher to the city Kufah by Amir al-Mu'minin Sayyiduna 'Umar ibn al-Khattab. This chain of intellectual descent is known to anyone knowledgeable of the legislative history of Islam. In fact, Imam Abu Hanifah held his discourses at the very same place in the Masjid of Kufah where Ibn Mas'ud (radhiallaahu anhu) used to teach. This teaching circle was passed down generation after generation, by the men whose names you have just read: From Ibn Mas'ud to 'Alqamah; from 'Alqamah to Ibrahim; from Ibrahim to Hammad; and ultimately from Hammad to Abu Hanifah, after whom it was occupied by three of his students successively: firstly Zufar ibn Hudhayl; then Abu Yusuf; and then Muhammad ibn al-Hasan." Imam Abu Haneefah: It is reported that often Imam Abu Hanifah used to repeat the following statement about the Raafidi Shia; "Whoever doubts whether they are disbelievers has himself committed disbelief." On one occasion Imam Shafi'ee said concerning the Shia, "I have not seen among the heretics a people more famous for falsehood than the Raafidi* Shia." and on another occasion he said; "Narrate knowledge from everyone you meet except for the Raafidi* Shia, because they invent ahaadeeth and adopt them as part of their religion." Once when asked about the Raafidi Shia, Imam Malik said; "Do not speak to them or narrate from them, for surely they are liars." During one of Imam Malik's classes, it was mentioned that the raafidi Shia curse the sahaba. Imam Malik recited the verse, "Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah and those with him are harsh with the disbelievers and gentle among themselves. So that the disbelievers may become enraged with them." (48:29) He then said, "Whoever becomes enraged when the Sahâbah are mentioned is the one about whom the verse speaks." _______________________ Zayd ibn Ali RA who was descendant of Imam Ali RA... called you people rafidah.... because you left him to be martyred by ummayads... and you tell me you love Ahle Bayt RA more than Sunnis? actually the true story is that the shia cult picked Zayd to be the 5th imam but later went to his brother Muhammad and he became 5th because Zayd loved Abu Bekr and Omer R that's one of many proofs that your divine imamate doesn't exist.

because that is not Allowed in Islam, Sunni scholars say that Shi3a are not ppl of the book and should be considered kaffir. so marrying from them is against Islam. as we are only allowed to marry ppl of the book. (in the case of men) wa Allahu 3Alim.

Libiyana, despite your excellent morals, you have made a massive mis-judgement in what you said there. A sad day has come, when the followers of Rasullulah pbuh, and his ahlulbayt, salams to them, are being called kaffirs.... i bear witness that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammed, peace be on him, is the last and final messenger from Allah I bear Witness of my love to his progeny, and my willingness to read, learn, and understand the true presevation of our blessed prophet pbuh's sunnah. as Ali Akbar, Shaheed said to Imam Hussain(a.s.) on the day of kerbala, if we are on the right, why should we fear? i will do my best to keep the muslims united, we love and respect one another, i have sunni reletives, and we love each other... Who ever utters a lie against the prophet pbuh, should be wary... Shia itnashare's , is my school of thought. I.E the school of thought of Imam Jaffer As SAdiq(a.s.), the teacher of TWO of the major four imams in the ah-le sunnah school of thought. :) I'll love those who loved the prophet pbuh, and his family... TEBRIZ: Imam Jaffer As Sadiq himself acknowledged he was the Imam of the time...if you look at the hadith we have for him, you'd see what i mean. If i follower the teacher of the current leaders of the ahle sunnah - what makes you think i'm a kaffir?

as tebriz mentioned they are zaidi shias. they dont have beliefs that can take them out of islaam. they just believe ali(r) and his descendants should have been the successors to rasulullah(saw), however they have respect for abu bakr(r), umar(r) and uthmaan(r) as pious sahaba and even say radiallahu anhu after their names. they also dont have beliefs involving infallible imaams. they are our brothers. -------------------------------------- tebriz, ja'far us saadiq is buried in jannatul baqi, hes respected by ahl us sunnah wal jama'ah, we dont believe he had the beliefs of 12ers

Because Yemeni Shias are Zaidis. They are much more moderate than Iranian (12'vers) Shia. Also, outside political powers are yet to exploit the minor differences. We might see that in the near future as 'Huthis' get stronger.

The truth is this is a sign of day of judgement... '2 large groups of muslims will fight in war' look around us how many sunni and shias fight todayy because day of judgement is very close...
